can neo use two daggers ?

when you become assassin you no longer use daggers,you first get a claw to dual wield you DONT buy the same weapon to dual wield,its the same weapon but it goes to the shield slot.when you get a weapon chage it turns to what looks like a katar or a chakram.you still have the option to use a shield.

As you can see in that pic, the female Assassin is Dual wielding Katars(as i like to call them) I heard that you need 2 of each weapon. One goes in the normal weapon slot, and the other goes in the shield slot. But i dunno....i don't even remember where i heard this so it's probably wrong

My opinion is that Katars function as one weapon. But i've seen pics of Assassin and Shadow Masters using dagger and shield.

I looked around some more into this, and found out that left-hand and right-hand claws/daggers must be found separately. The player has a choice to equip two claws/daggers or 1 claw/dagger and a shield. The ability to dual-wield is available at level 101.

What? Your quote said the left-hand and right-hand Daggers OR Claws have to be found individually Also it said you can equip 1 claw and 1 dagger so that pretty much proves you need 2 of each claw to dual wield.

ok i kind of misunderstood your post a bit but it seems you understand,i thought you meant you need 2 of the same weapon as in getting the weapon for the weapon slot twice other than getting the one to dual wield

As you can see assasin absolutely PWNS! the 4 hits at a time is the dual wielding double strike(4 hits at a time).

They work fine for my computer. Maybe you need some sort of plug-in or something. Did you try refreshing? or using a different browser?


It is interesting when you compare the assassin video to the others, in the other videos the classes get beaten up, they have to retreat and try to take on the mobs.

The paladin video shows him slowly fighting one of those huge mobs with a scythe, it takes him forever, in the assassin video the assassin solos 3 of them at once and slices through them in no time!

BTW these names are the old CB names, some class names have changed

Think about it. I have about 400 hp at lvl 54, that assassin was getting hit 300-500 by 3 mobs at a time, how the heck do we have 400 hp at lvl 54 and 1500+ at lvl 101+?

yeah that makes WAAAAY more sense. 400 damage doesn't sound super strong...especially at that level. But that speed is mind blowing!! Combine that speed with really high dodging and you have a madman!

the interesting thing in the video is that he barely dodged anything and only got a few crits. so i'm guessing the game mechanics has changed a lot from xenepic.

The Assasin hits 4 successive blows of 3000-4000
The priest hits for 700-800
The paladin hits for 8000-9000 on normal mobs, and 3000 on that big mob
The mage hits about 5000 on that ice creature.

I saw some pics showing they had about 2000HP.

I’d imagine the priest in SoS hitting for more than 70. although it’s all hard to tell as we don’t know the mobs amour and the players LvL. i'd imagine all classes to become significantly stronger in the 130+ region than they are now.

My guess the numbers are probably something like 5-8 times larger than the numbers we’d see in SoS at those levels.

it's quite hard to compare the games as the number scale is obviously very different. Do we have any info on how hard low LvL char hit in xenepic?
