Message a GM. It will get seen to quicker. The only thing I find wrong is that the guild war would happen just because of two clerics leaving a party which they had all their rights to do so and then the guy going off like that and just going to war for a petty thing.

I think it falls under this rule: Guild wars are never to be used as a means of revenge. It doesn’t matter how much a player may have offended you, or how much you may not like them. This is one reason why we have a block feature.

That is why I think it is a violation.

It's very possible that this have been a misunderstanding, and maybe the two clerics were banned form the party by the party leader. It's also possible that the two clerics planned that in advance, but I really have no idea why they would do that... if without provocation. If this was preplanned then, which I doubt it was, it leaves a very bad taste. However, it was within those player's power to do so, and the only thing that is against the rules is ChaosSeraph threatening GW as a mean of revenge.

According to Dakkon:

2. Guild wars are never to be used as a means of revenge. It doesn’t matter how much a player may have offended you, or how much you may not like them. This is one reason why we have a block feature.

If the GW really happens, take a screenshot and send it to Dakkon.

Hmmm....Choas is apart of my guild, though he quit recently when I first joined. He might be rejoining though. I'm thinking he quit because of this problem. Though I didn't see a guild war.....what guild was he in when threatening for a war?

My opinion: This is something that should be worked out between guildmasters. No, war should not be waged for revenge and I hope it doesn't come to that. At this point, there is no violation because war has not yet been waged.

If he was left to die, regarldess of circumstance, he has a right to be angry. However, he also needs to find out what really happened, and you can only do that through a discussion.

My advice would be to research to see what really happened, contact the other guild leader and talk it out. If a war is forced upon you, then report it to GM_Dakkon.

Just my 2 cents.

Im sorry for the mistake, its not you guys im after anymore. After talking to a friend who was also in the party at the time.
Its the party master that supposedly kicked both clerics for unknown reasons. I will deal with him later.

Very well. However, in the future, please use more discretion in matters such as these. And even if the Clerics do leave party, that's no reason to commit to Revenge. The first post here: http://www.outspark.com//forums/showthread.php?t=38950 even states that the intent to war for revenge is not an allowed course of action, so please use caution in your words and actions in the future, to create a brighter community for us all.

Hope this helps.

Why is it showing only 1 player talking as 2 different players? Sounds like this player has a split personality, that are arguing about warring eachother??? The whole thing seems silly.

Um... on whisper, you can only see the name of the person you're talking to... and that means, what you type will show up on whisper under the other person's name.

A bit off topic, but I've been meaning to inquire about it. It is possible to frame someone with the whispers as it currently is. I don't think anyone will stoop that low, but it is still possible. I mean on other games, whisper have a little arrow showing sent or recieved messages from that player.

I think they are working on this now, actually.
