How to use the skill empower?

Hi Guy ,any one can tell mi how to use the skill empower? is it same like we choose the production skill?? pick already cant chg?? i am blur on this place :confused:
It hv:1> Increase the level of skill Basic power
2>Decrease SP consumtion when skill is Used
3>Increase effect time of a buff skill
4>Decrease the cool time an active skill

So, we can choose our skill to get all off this ? eg mi got 12 point, I can put 3 point on <1>, 3 point on <2> and ....?

This is not related to production skills in any way. You can preview the change, but once changed it can't undone. There is not an empowerment reset scroll in the cash shop yet.

And yes you are correct. You can distribute the points any way you like.
