Mara Pirates' Rage KQ Speed Record!

I think this is a new record, but I'm not sure XD.

I got into this great Mara KQ in which we finished in 20 mins.

BTW, this was in Bijou server yesterday and I got horrible drops. +1% crit earrings and a B. Lix[1].

what drops did u get? and what server did u do this in? i finished 1 mara KQ b4 in bijou with all mages, archers, and clerics; no worrior at all...mage and archer tankers, both got hp/sp buff from a cleric b4 KQ...we finished in less then 25 mins...i was like o_o" wts...so fast!

I've had a Mara KQ finish in 17minutes, partly due to our group aggroing Mara and Marlone so we had no rest time and beat them both down at once. Still, the rewards at the end were pretty bad.

I had 34 mins left on timer at my best Mara KQ. No ss, sorry.

More than that my cleric tanked both maras and malones (we had a level 17 fighter in KQ and was kinda pathetic). When I saw the timer at the end I was like "whoa! i'm going to receive a greenie". I got 3 HP pots.

na ive seen it done in 40... People who are new just wizz right by all oposistion an leave a huge train while another groups picks off train an the others go for the bigg bosses.... Most organization from noobs imo XD

You know, this just goes to prove that going fast and rushing DOES NOT ALWAYS MAKE THE DROP BETTER! I am sick and tired of people rushing because they think they will receive better stuff for finishing earlier, or for killing more fakes or whatever. All these stupid rumors do is make people rush, and leave behind some people tha generally die, therefire ruining the KQ. [/rant]

Well, I appreciate the accomplishment and I don't mean to trivialize it but I have been in Mara KQ that finished with more than 30 minutes left on the clock.
I don't remember the time exactly.
And everyone was anticipating really exceptional rewards but they turned out to be pretty mundane.
Blessed Lix and HP potions and stuff like that.
Everyone was complaining about it, so that myth of shorter time equals better drops is apparently just that, a myth.
Great job though.

Off topic though,
I also have some screenies of my character completely alone in a Mara KQ.
No Players and no mobs on the entire map.
When I transported in to the KQ the map was completely empty.

hmm.......The best i did the mara KQ was 20 minutes XD we had a tank that new what she was doing......the clerics kept lock on the tanks and the mages-archers attacked mara and marlone XD

I guess I'll keep the records and update the first post of the thread with every new record. First, we need ppl to enter Mara KQ, win very fast, and get an SS as proof.

For some reason whenever I take longer in KQs, I get better items. xD I've finished Mara with more than thirty minutes to spare plenty of times, only to be cursed with pots! Oh, how trifling and saddening.

But that's a good time, nonetheless. Great job!

I remember the only reason my party finished Mara A fast enough was so we can all enter Mara H immediately afterwards. Double exp boost FTW! :D

Ahahah, yeah, it's really great when you get to participate in another KQ right after finishing the one prior to it. I've somehow managed to participate in H after doing D or so before. oO Lack of people that time, hahah.

I've had a completed Mara KQ with 30-35mins still on the clock. And there was NO rushing.
If you work together as an organized group, and you have people who can LISTEN you can mow through anything in your way fairly quick.
Avoiding uneccessary monsters helps too. >< It erks me when someone goes out of there way to attack a monster when everyone has ran past it without getting it's attention. Then people have to turn around and help them X_x
