Low lvl people getting more points now?

hey my friend just told me that she heard that low lvl people are getting 3 points when they lvl, sometimes atleast, not only at x0 and x5 levels.

is this true? if so may i ask if the high lvl ppl will get those points bak?

you could always test it easily.
maybe they forgot to add the points.

i just started on a anew character, and i can say that that is just a rumor. the only bonus points im getting is at the x5 and x0 levels.

For every lv, you will get 1 stat point to waste.
The exception is when you hit x0 or x5, you will usually have more than 1, or possibily 2.
I think this was done on purpose, because i got 3 stat points when i hit lv40 with my Aco.

yeah, u get one for every level, 2 when hit 15, 25, 35 etc and 3 when you hit 20, 30, 40

actually at lvl 30, you get 4 stat points

is it a system or a bug ?
could anybody say if you get 4 points at lvl 60 too ?

yea i got 4 points at lvl 40, 2 at lvl 45 and 3 at lvl 50
