heres a good way to crack down on these spammers, look at the site there advertising and go to that site and shut it down because they dont have any permission to advertise on fiesta.....or maybe they do!!!!:eek::eek::eek:

Find a solution against farming bots and the spamming bots will naturally vanish, When they'll no longer have anything to offer.

Shutting the site down will be rather rude, because to the fact it may be a member and not any of the staff. but shutting it down won't be legal unless they broke a solid law.

While there may be some questions of legality in the use of the fiesta name on these other sites, you must also consider where these sites are operating from. Needles to say, if outspark is based in America, it does tend to make it hard to go after and convict someone on the other side of the world.

but, if the Fiestaonline forums, say that this site is not to be visited by any advertisers What so ever, and they but that in their contract, then who ever does advertise, their site will go straight down..
