Where to get Scroll & Potion Skill T2?

Lol I'm getting headache..:confused:

Where I can get those Scroll & Potion Skill T2?...I only can find T3 from Skill master & Nina at Elderine..

BTW are those need fame as well?

T2 HP / SP Potions are bought at Skill Master Ruby in Roumen; I'm saving up for the Recipes myself. And no; The Tier2 Potions Recipes only need coins, not Fame.

I think what Cha0sTribe meant was that T3 stuff at Nina's costs fame. And about T2.... well....sp/hp potions are indeed from skill master. However you cant find Vitality and Shield scroll Tier 2. (i think someone said that they are not added jet....only way to get them is ultra super lucky monster drop....which is like winning a jackpot in lottery).

Of course if anyone knows more about that issue, they can share it with the rest of us.

it appears that the skill master in elderine now sells t2 learning scrolls for 9s each, but you need to make at least 1200 scrolls to use any of them first, so you might as well just wait until you have the 1200 or 1300 scrolls made, and then buy them.
