Where to get Scroll & Potion Skill T2?

Lol I'm getting headache..:confused:

Where I can get those Scroll & Potion Skill T2?...I only can find T3 from Skill master & Nina at Elderine..

BTW are those need fame as well? How much fame they acquire?

You can by tier two scrolls from Skill Master Ruby in Roumen or the class masters in Elderine. They don't cost fame, but they are somewhat expensive. Fame is gained by doing quests.

yes indeed the t3 scrolls do require fame from nina, about 700 each from memory. and there are t2 scroll skills that you just cant buy, defense, vitality (and speed?). and You need these t2 skills before you can learn the t3 skill. i hope this answers your question.
