does anyone know where to find him exactly or has it not been added to a patch yet? besides these quests are way too soon for something so late

I hear he's in Lost Brynhild.

Lost Brynhild hasn't been added to the Open Beta yet, so you'll have to wait on that quest.

but that makes no sense @-@ you need the quest with the guardian to reach it.
The Gatekeeper says you need this quest or i don't understand it right...
