What's an Archer, what's a scout?

The class thingy says archer is 45, and scout is 80, but people on the forums are scouts before 80? I'm just a but confused on this.

Scout is what a Neophyte may become at level 45. Archer is what they upgrade to at level 80. What's the confusion?

you become scout at level 45 and archer at level 80

it was diffrent in CB though and some of the text hasnt been updated with the new names
