Go to skill master ruby, and on the bottom of the shop, there is a round > button. You can scroll through the shop by clicking on that.

Ruby has that scroll... I bought mine from him. It's dark blue... trying search for it again.

dude seriously i dnt know what u brought ....but the dark blue spell scrolls are accuarcy increase T1 nT2 production skill....hw bout if u can just take a peek with skill master ruby....for me plz.....

Accuracy scrolls ARE power scrolls. It's just mislabled.
They don't actualy increase your power at all, just your aim.
