installation error..

I've been playing fiesta for 2 months and somehow the game causes some problems so I uninstall and re-install the game again..however this time I received an error massage which I didn't get it when I first installed the game..

it states that

"error opening file for writing:
C:/Program files\outspark\fiesta\rechar\urustorecurly\urustor ecurly.kfm

Click abort to stop the installation, retry or ignore to skip the file. :(

I've tried reinstalling a few times yet the same error message pops up

I'm using Apple at the moment with,
OS: Windows XP Professional
Graphic card: ATI RadeonX1600
Ram:1GB
internet: DSL
antivirus:Symantec

Any solutions??..PLEASE HELP!!

I think i know how to fix that. 1st Uninstal the game then go to your (C:) Drive Go to Program files and make sure you Totaly delete The Outspark Folder then Re-install the game
