where can i find the resurrect skill?

Actually you can get from both quest & from an NPC in elderine. But its better if you get it from the quest so that it will save you money...

Once you reach level 20 and successfully do your job quest given to you by Paladin Master Keast (found in Elderine), you'll get another quest called "Cleric's New Power" or something like that. Complete it and you'll be given a skill scroll to learn Revive. ;D

Alternatively, if you want to skip the quest and get it as soon as you become High Cleric, you can buy it. If you have 400 fame. Simply go to Item Merchant Nina (also in Elderine). Nina won't take money, and everything bought in her store must be by fame.

Don't do both. If you try to buy it and then do the quest, the one you get from the quest is useless, and can't be sold or anything. It just takes up space in your inventory until you drop it (which destroys it).

You don't get an alert that there's a new quest. The quest where you obtain the scroll is automatically available after you complete your job change. :3

And like Havvoc said, you have to go and speak to Paladin Master Keast for it.

Actually you dont pay money you pay fame, if ur too lazy to do the quest and if ur not using ur fame then just buy it from nina, it only cost 500 or 400 fame I think
