Where...where the heck is customer support...all i find is a bunch of Q&As. And i need to ask them about something, i mssed dakkon and he told me to contact customer support...soo...

I doubt it unless your a GM XD, but if a gm sees this, I ordered black santa suit and sleigh and i meant to save it for my warrior, i took it out of the thing, but it hasnt been opened yet, and i was wondering if you could move those two items to my fighter account, once again they havent been activated yet but they have been taken out of the blue inventory.

Not sure if this helps but you can go to "Help" in the upper right corner and click on that. It'll bring up a search area, put in "FAQ" and search. Click on the link for contacting Customer Service.

There should be a "Submit a Ticket" in black letters further down then, and just follow on from there.

Unfortuantly, once you take an item out of your pack, thats it.

You can't put the cat back into the bag so to speak.

Sorry about that- Just the way they made the game.

In order to contact us using the Help Desk function you will need to search our knowledgebase for your issue. Please follow these directions.

1. Go to Outspark.com.
2. Click on the Help link located in the upper right hand corner.
3. Search the knowledgebase for your issue.
4. Once you have clicked on a FAQ you will see a “Submit a Ticket”. Click on that link.
5. Follow the directions laid out on your screen.
6. Fill out as much information as you can. The more detail you provide will help us resolve your issue.
