Unable to Use One of My Character

Hi All

I got problem on using one of my character; Mage lvl 35 on Roumen with Blacnoir guild.. After I log in for 1 sec, my character will stop moving and no longer all the screen become white..

Can anyone help me? I have tried my other characters at same location but they got no problem like this one..

Please tell me if there is anything i can do to fix this out..
