I got the new patch and all but for some weird reason it takes a long time to apply it. oh yeah me servers bijou lvl 18 n over cleric. :) ALL OF U R THE BESTEST :D

Is this the manual patch it is taking forever to apply?

One bug is the automatic patch taking ages.

It won't apply if you just leave it, something is wrong.

Restart your computer, try again, if that fails, go for the manual patch.

Please get back to me on how it works, thanks!

ok so i did that manual patch thingy but when i go on my launcher then it goes to the applyin patch the normal way >.<:mad::confused::(

okies, try sending a message to the e-mail along with the following information.

support@outspark.com
here's the info you need to have them send.
1) Your complete computer specifications including your Operating System, Video Card, RAM, and CPU
2) Your Internet Connection speed
3) A screenshot if possible of the error message
4) A short list of all the background programs running. This includes anti-virus software, anti-spyware, anti-hacks etc.
5) Your Outspark.exe log file attached to the email
By default, this file is located at
C:\Program Files\Outspark\Launcher\outspark.exe
