I know this is a stupid question but how do the posts get deleted in one day?
How do u make it sticky?

The posts don't get deleted unless they've been reported and removed by a Community Leader, CSR, or GM for illegal content. They merely get pushed off to other pages.
And you can't make a sticky. Only CSRs and GMs can, though the Community Leaders can talk with those folks and help you out if your thread/post is deemed worthy.

Hi there. Usually posts are either removed by the author of the post or by CSRs, GMs, or CLs. As for sticky threads, again only CSRs, GMs, and CLs can do such. Not sure if this helps explain things or not.
