Can't play the game

But I don't know why I am getting that message because the file its talking about is actually there: http://img509.imageshack.us/img509/2844/hgvhfvhgfhgfko0.jpg

I've reinstalled the game a lot of times and I still get that message. Is there any other way? I have Vista by the way.

I don't want to bother any GMs personally. I thought at least one of them would have read this thread by now :/

yes Trebori, i am, but im working with the GMs to help fix it. little by little i get farther and farther into almost playing the game, lol
