Hey im new here...when i want to produce a potion, why it keep saying the Production skill has not been obtained yet? and how do i fix it?

First of all, wrong section. Anyways, on to your question.
Be sure you have bought a scroll from Skill Master Ruby, namely HP/SP Potion Tier 1 Scroll, then after a certain amount of skill points you can buy the Tier 2 scrolls and be able to make it.
And be sure you have the required materials to create the items. ;]
