In the future threads and posts asking questions specifically about sparkcash, etc. will be deleted as the answers you are looking for are in these links.

When in doubt, use the search feature. If you still cannot find the answer you are looking for, send a detailed email to service@outspark.com and await a response.

To put it simply, your chances of finding an accurate answer faster is by following these steps. Posting it on the forums can be hit or miss.

:) i have never had a problem, once paypal charges my CC i get cash instantly :)

i usually dont have problems
but i charged my pay pal account on the 22 of jan
and i checked my bank statement and paypal toodl the money from my account on the 24th
and i still dont have spark cash.
i emailed outspark but no luck .
can someone help me plz ^^

Ok, I've followed your little guide and none of it helped.

I've payed through paypal with bank transfer and before you say, has the money been taken out yet? Yes it has.

I've been waiting nearly 2 weeks and nothing, I've sent emails, nothing, posted on a few other sparkcash complaint threads, nothing.

So, I'm posting here, so if none of that worked, maybe you could help me a little please?

Sniff sniff. I can't take advantage of the bonuses. I was planning to get more this weekend anyway. But PayPal says your information is bad, and won't process it.

I've recieved that error today as well. Says something is bad with the seller email that is tied to the account.
