Loading screen froze and now I can't get back in

I was trying to move to GC from CP, and the loading screen seemed to freeze (over 2 mins). I shut it down and restarted and now I can't log back in with that character. It just gets stuck on "connecting to server". I can log in with all my other characters but this one seems stuck. Any suggestions? I tried to send a message to GM_Steam as suggested in other threads but his message box is full!

I also have this problem but it seems to happen most often on route to kq's. sucks, only get in about half the time when this happens

so what did you do? did it let you log back in with that character later or did you have to get help?
