I faintly remember a post in the past saying it was against the rules to sell premium items won in events. Something about someone winning a Find the GM event and trying to sell stuff, but I'm not sure.

i guess it kinda counts as a cash item, but i wouldnt really risk trying to sell it incase you get banned or something :S

You cant sell GM events items..
if u sell them u will get to prison and probably the item will disaper :D

You are not allowed to sell Event items.
It was announced once before when some +9's were given out during an event and I suppose people tried to sell them.
They will put you in prison if you do. So my suggestion, <.< don't do it.

Hmm.... this is an interesting question. On one hand, it is yours so don't you have the right to sell it as you see fit? I just don't know... I'll forward this to the GMs and we'll see if we can get an official answer. Until then, please just hold onto the item.

in the past, I have asked a GM about selling an item I won from an event (it was a stack of charm of might before they came out in the cash shop), the GM told me "no" and even made a server wide alert telling people not to sell event-won items.

this was over a month ago, but i think it still applies today.

well, if there was a sticky about this somewhere i wouldnt have to ask. i hardly notice the in game notices because of the time difference on when gms are on. +8 GMT here. i can hardly even join in game events because of this time difference. anyway, i asked because i want to know the official stand on this matter before i become so desperate for silvers in game. im in 600s debt and not enough to buy hp/sp stones. xD

Yes, these people are quite right, I was in moonlight tomb during a find the GM event (I was on the wrong side of the freaking river!!!) and shortly after that the announcement came out that event-won premium items are not to be sold to other players.

As for selling items bought from the cash shop, I didn't think you could put them in the vendor thing so I don't know, a GM confirmation would be best on that... (My guess is that they have the same rules as for event-won items)

Lol I don't get why can't you sell it. I mean you literally won the event and so the item is yours to keep. Why make such a big fuss. What if you don't want the event item but you want to win it for the fun. What if the event item is too high like it is for this case? -_-

I myself am wondering why rewards cannot be sold. I've played some MMORPGs and selling reward items isn't exactly prohibited. Some players actually target reward items for their re-sale value so they can get better gears.

Additionally, It's like saying if the Kid Woz's X'mas item was tradeable, you are not allowed to sell it since it's an event item. :eek:
