Quick tip 1: This is a forum, not a chat room. Replies can take hours. Unless it's been a full day with no reply, then you havn't waited long enough.
Quick tip 2: posting a reply to your own post is called Double posting, and is a MAJOR no no on the forums. Instead of the help you want, you could get ignored, insulted, or punished.
In short: if you want a FAST reply, you're better off doing a search on the forums for posts that already answer this.
As for the question itself, in this game, ALL of the class' skills are obtainable; all it takes is getting the needed level for it then buying it from the skill merchant. Thus, assume to get ALL of your archer's skills for the most part.
What becomes an issue is Empowerment: skill points that are used to enhance a skill in certain ways. You could make a skill do more damage, lower the SP costs, make a skill that has a time limit (a buff skill or skills that weaken the enemy for a time) last longer, or lower the cooldown on a skill (so you can use it more oftain). You only get 1 point per 2 levels and no way to remove a point once you put it, so planning is everything.
That said, archers have two main attack skills: Aimed Shot and Power Shot. first priority is to up the damage on both to the maximum (5 times for each one). After that, there's some debate, between lowering the SP costs on some skills, reducing cooldown on the attack skills, and other things. for now, just working on making your two Shots powerful will take 20 levels, so you don't have to worry about anything else until then: get used to your archer and read the forums during that time, and by the time you're L20, you'll have an idea on what you want to do after that.
Just for completion's sake, when it comes to how you set your stats, while many would recommend Dex, I wouldn't: instead, I'd recommend STR for your archer, to help it's damage. If you like go have more critical attacks as well (which isn't a bad thing, especially for archers imo), then put 25 points into SPR and the rest into STR. How is up to you: you can get the SPR now, later, or put in a point every other level or whatever, just so long as you get 25 (no more than that!) in the end.

Well seeing as this is secret of the solstice forum i guess your asking about it.
Jacquin answered for if you were playing fiesta, which if you are then best to do what she says =)
Otherwise become a neophyte, train to level 45, best i find is to put all your stats into Agility.
When your an Scout Pow is good, Men is good, Agi is okay but not needed.
