It's quite difficult to make money at the beginning at lower level...in fact, you will find that the drops you get from monsters can barely cover the stones and potions costs at between level 20-30. However, once you hit level 30, the monsters that you kill beginning to drop tier 2 materials, and they can sell for fairly high price (Dim Dusts you can sell at 100c each, and other tier 2 materials can sell at anything between 50c-300c). So don't concern yourself with making money in early stage...focus on reaching level 30 fast, and then the money will start rolling in when you sell tier 2 materials.
