Where do you buy skills to make scrolls?

I looked in Roumen and Elderine but they weren't there. I heard you get the scrolls from quests but I want to make them not get them from quests.

you have to buy the skill that teaches you how to make them i dono the exact details but thats what ive picked up sofar

There is a vendor in Elderine that sells some of them. most weren't working in CB1. I haven't checked yet in CB2. skills take*experience to learn. you practice lower skills until you have enough exp to do a higher skill. some take fame to I believe(*I may be wrong on this point)

Yeah. I kno I was in Cb1 but they didn't sell any skills for scroll making. I'll check later.

The skills work in a tier type setting. You drag and drop your skill button onto the hotbar. then right click it. a list of items will popup in a new window. telling you what skill level is needed and what ingredients they take. as you make the first few your skill in crafting goes up. as it goes up new items become available to make. Is that what you are looking for?

No. I mean look. You have to buy the skills to actually make the scrolls. A window pops up and when I try to make a power scroll for example it says that I need to buy the skill to make that scroll. Where do I buy the skill to make that scroll?

Item Merchant Nina sells some of the scroll learning scrolls in Elderine. I am standing in front of her now.

I am not sure of the power scroll skill

I need lower ones though.I need power, shield increse, or devine magic. I can't make vitality or any others yet.

Hi. I got a question about that also. I bought a scroll and right clicked it to learn it. I then was able to drag it to my skills window. It is in the same place as my production icons and mining icon. However, the skill itself does not show up when I right click my scroll production icon in the list of things i can produce. Is there something I need before that scroll will become available for me to produce even though I already paid for it?
