Skill Ponts

I have 3 skill points, want to use them but after i click on skill Empower, it well not let me up anything, is this a bug or do I got to be a certain level to use em?

You need to select a skill (that you have purchased and learned) to Empower and move it to the little box next to the "Complete" button



For example, if you have a an Archer with the Aimed Shot skill, right click the Skill in the upper left to "grab" it, move into the blank box next to "Complete", right click again to "leave" it in the box, then click on the up arrows for whatever boost you want to give it, then click the Complete button.
