Correct me if im wrong, but are there any patches out yet?* I'm confused about patching cause i read somewhere that Bittorrent DNA is used for patching, but i had to delete it cause my anti-virus told me that there was something wierd with one of its files... i guess im really asking if Bittorrent DNA is mandatory to have installed?* Cause if it is i have to reinstall, so i need to know asap.

Eidinko,
I posted about DNA about 30 minutes ago. My antivirus found it attamptiing to conenct to an IRC channel. So far no comments on this. Plus it runs in the background all the time. I find this behavior very odd indeed. Hopefully there will be an answer.

Yes I realize that. I even removed it from auto-startup via the registry. The point is figuring out if it needs to be operating the way it is. There should never be anything on your system that talk to Internet Relay Chat except an IRC client. And unblocking IRC from the firewall or Antivirus is a bad idea considering so many root kits and malware use that to announce its infection and IP information. In my case the dna client tried to connect via odd IP addresses.

Does this look right to you?
I suspect the dna.exe they are using has a back door.

My anti virus picked it up too. It didn't tell me about it until I restarted my computer. I knew I didn't have bit torrent installed on my computer so I told it to block it. I wasn't sure what it was.
