Help!

I just started playing, and I was fighting slimes, when suddenly my character quit running. All i can do is walk really slow. I don't know what I did or how to fix it... Can someone please help me!?!?!?!

theres a key camand to switch between run and walk i forget what it is but there is one hit f10 and look around on the key comands section
