what's the beta testing for?

<font color="#33cccc">It's pretty much (from what I see as common sense, seeing how as I wasn't invited to the beta) to fix major bugs and get some input from users on improving the basis of the game.</font>

Beta tests in general are a method to iron out the last few bugs in the game by simply letting people play it. Since the game is still technically in developement, they can improve it as well by adding content during the Beta.
