In order to inquire about a Billing Issue, you will need to refer to the Helpdesk which should route you to our Billing Department. Unfortunately I do not handle issues such as these.
Also, if you prefer, you can send an email into support@outspark.com with the following:
• Email Address use when purchasing:
• Your First and Last name:
• Account Login ID:
• The SparkID of the account the SparkCash has been purchased on:
• The Invoice ID from your Paypal email:
• Amount of transaction:
• Date of transaction:
• In Game ID:
• Server name:
• Any other information that may provide useful in order to help you resolve your issue:
• Items purchased:
