How does one learn the concentration increase scroll recipe? I've checked Nina and Wishis in Elderine, and I don't remember seeing it in Roumen. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

I don't believe the recipe for that exist. Well, as of now it doesn't maybe it will be added in later on as the game develops and even if it did exist I'm sure you would need like 100,000 scroll production skill points to be able to make it xD

Well as you may or may not know, the only way to get concentration scrolls right now are quests. I know the tier 2 ones are rewards for the Windy Cave quest (the last one)
