In the Fiesta store there is a leveling pack that includes a exp boost card. Does this card allow you to gain additional exp in kindom quests or just during normal quests?

the xp boost is for when you kill a monster in and out of KQ but NOT FOR QUEST REWARD

You will need to wait 4th february if you want to buy just the exp card.
