Problems with skills

I have a 23 rogue named Seris and when i logged on tonight i was able to use my skills to kill about 4 monsters then it seemed to bug out and now it says "Denied to use that skill" every time i try to even just use my self buff skill. Any help would be greatly appreciated as i want to play! I've tried relogging, restarting computer even, and all that stuff and nothing helps. Tried taking skills off hotbar, replacing them. Unequipping all my gear, putting it back on, again nothing changes... :mad:

the phrase "denied to use that skill" means another skill is being performed allready, every gets that if your constantly hitting the quick bar button or double clicking with the mouse. Theres also something called "cool down time" just give it a second its ok :D

also, make sure your not stanind in a safe zone (red areas on mini map) they dont allow casting of skills on them.
