To uninstall the game go to...

1. click on start

2. click on Control Panel

3. Go to Add or Remove Programs

4. Now you should have a lot of programs here...

5. Look for BitTorent DNA and Outspark Launcher and uninstall them. Makre sure all the files about outspark is removed.

6. Restart computer, and re-install Outspark.

Now If that guide doesn't work above..

We have no choice to do a System Restore.

If you do not know how to System Restore PM me and I'll be glad to help =]

well...i am having problems too...and i got an idea that could help us both.....but i am not desprite nor brave enough to do this YET.....but when your computer goes to the very first screen it should say to go to system recovery press f = 10...or something like that...go there and reformat it....the bad thing about this is that when you do this....it deleats every thing that you have manully downloaded...so you have to re-download just about EVERYTHING.....idk...i might do it.....

johnyhill
07-31-2007, 06:36 PM
I dont understand a lot about computers so I'm not brave enough to do this as I dont know how much would be deleted and if I would be able to put everything back on myself.

Sou_Sou
08-01-2007, 08:40 PM
no no no....dont do that....I fixed the problem....i formated it and it fixed the problem...but that is a little drastic.....so for now just sit tight i know that the Technical Support team is working hard on this problem right now...and i am sure they can some up with a solution. But for now...i might be able to help you a bit...just answer the following questions best you can.

1. Did you download the new installer/launcher?

2. Were you a CBT1 tester?

3. Are you able to launch/play the game?

4. Brief Description of the problem - Lagging you say? Do you get kicked out, any errors or such?

5. Name of any anti-virus software and type of firewall you may have

(ex: "I have MacAfee and I run ZoneAlarm too" or "AVG Anti-virus and I

have Windows firewall activated")

6. Please run DxDiag (Start>Run>dxdiag>OK...check System,

Display and Sound tabs for the following, and post it back here:

Operating System (Exact version, also is it an English Language version or something else?)

Processor

Memory

Page File

DirectX version (needs to be 9.0c!)

Display Device Name

Approx. Total Memory

Display Device Driver Version (ex: 6.14.xxxx.xxxx)

Sound Device Name

Sound Device Driver Version (ex: 5.10.xxxx.xxxx)

heya johnyhill, lemme see if i can get one of the launcher engineers in here to help you try to remove every last byte of the old launcher/installer from CBT1. hopefully, if we can get rid of that manually, you'll be able to install the new launcher and be happily back in Fiesta in no time.

if you know what you are doing you can open up your regedit program taht windows has after you manula delete every part of the program. If you can read it you can take out the part about CBT1 and CBT2. I do not persoanl mess with it, cause its too ahrd to understand it all, but its the other last resort before a total reformat.

If you do not know computers well its not something to try. Yet if you can get a friend that does know that wellenough to drop by its only a few minutes to make the changes. best of luck

well sorry to hear that. don't know what to tell you man. If you got a burner, burn off as much of the stuff you got that is important and then just format. OTher then that I'm out of ideas

@ johnyhill - So, you are still experiencing the same "Play for 10-15 minutes, then you get:

C:\Program Files\Outspark\Launcher\outspark.exe This application has requested the Runtime Error runtime to terminate it in a unusual way. Please contact support team" problem?

If so post back, we'll get this sorted out or at least try a few more things to get you playing "normally".
