mini house problem

sorry for post this here i didn't find the section for the issues...well the problem is that the mini house of my friend Carrianna don't works i mean she can't open it... some body plz tell me what can i do...or what could be the problem...thx

Can't open it? Can you be a little more specific?

If you type "H" does it not bring the house up? If you use the 'Mini House' function on your menu does it not bring the house up? Is she showing any errors at all or is the house simply not activating?

I am going to move this thread to tech support to see if we can get you some more answers as well...

Open it? you mean like use it?

Well if she is pressing the Home key and it still doesnt work then make sure that the mini house is equipped.

Click on the House Icon on the bottom right corner and choose "Change Outlook" and then make sure that the mini house she wants to use is in the Top-Middle Box (the little box to the far right next to the display). Just click on the mini house u want and drag it into that box and she should be able to use it.

If that doesnt work then make sure she didn't change her "rest" key to something else besides Home

Also, be sure to tell your friend to ensure that her rest function is bound to a key.

Press escape
Click on the shortcut settings button
Click on the play tab at the top of the window
Ensure that the rest function is bound to a key

Check that she doesn't have a typing window open.

but the problem is that she can open the menu and can open the outlook menu but when she click on it the house doesn't appear... so she can't heal herself not even can open the vendor mode...

is this like a cash shop mini house? or a normal mushroom? because if it is a cash shop item, she must first take it out of the personal bag and into her inventory. Then click on the mini house in her inventory, it will prompt her if she wants to use it and she must press yes or w/e to make it show up in the "change outlook"

What lvl is she? Did she upgrade to a house nad mi-equip it? (is that even possible?)

If all else fails, please have her send a detailed email to service@outspark.com or submit a service ticket and see if we can't get this fixed for your friend.

-shortcut settings
-play tab
-1st column 4th row(should be rest)
-then change key to something else

it should work?
