I am 20 lvl Hawk archer and i have steel Crossbow for 20 lvl but "Class Hawk archer or higher" is still red and I cant equip the crossbow.Why?

Did you do the job-change quest?
You are not a Hawkarcher when it's still red. At level 20 you can upgrade your class by doing to job-change quest at Deikid in Elderine. Only when you finish this quest you are a Hawkarcher.
You receive the title Hawkarcher at level 20, but it doesn't mean you are one.

You can get the quest at your archer master (The guy you buy 2x-5x spells) in Elderine. Good luck.
