since acolyte are healers, they don't fight, which means they don't get the drops (money, items) how do they make money then?
How does an acolyte lvl fast?
those are so far my main concerns...

Actually, acolytes can fight. I soloed most of the time until almost lvl 40. Plus when you are in a party tell them to turn on division of the drops. That way everyone gets the drops.
I would say lvling solo until around 30 is best. usually the lower lvl parties aren't great. As you get into the higher lvls parties go much faster.

1. Who said Acolytes can't fight? I solo 3/4 of the time. But don't try it until you are at my lv. (Points to sig) In the party, switch the party option to "divide items in random order". That way, you'll get some drops.
2. 1 word: Partying. The quickest way to lv an Acolyte is by partying. Soloing will do too, but at lv41, you will only get 5.00% exp per hour...:( (Compare that to 20.00% per hour in a 5 man party...) :)

No matter what, a Acolyte will be the SLOWEST Lv'ers in their class in SoS...

Suggestion, just go for a mage (called aprentice in here).

Acos are quite a weak support class compared to those from other mmorpgs. Still, if you really want to try the passive side of life, then go ahead, we well be here to happily answer any questions about acos as long as it has not already been answered hundreds of times in other main topics of these subforums.
