Service Interruptions (for users experiencing disconnections)

As of 9 PM PDT (GMT -0800), we have patched our game server to stop the disconnections that some of our members have been experiencing.

This patch should resolve this issue; however, if you continue to experience disconnections from the game, please post here with specific details as to the occurrence. Your assistance will greatly help us in isolating and fixing the problem.

edit : Now i cant even load my character, it just crashes the game and closes it. Echo cave bugged?

@kiteaura - does the crash when exiting Echo Caves happen with an older charachter (create a new one, maybe, and see?) Ahh, you did is see...thanks!


@Lady-Loki - is your mouse "special" in any way? Like a Logitech trackball, or anything that uses it's own mouse software instead of Windows Plug-n-Play? If so, does it happen if you use just the standard Windows mouse driver?

i can't conect to the servers i can log in but it won't show me the servers. i loged in b4 and tryed making a char but got dced now it won't even let me see the servers i just downloaded the game today please explain whats going on

I have the same problem as Genova. I was connected to the game just fine and then I was d/c'ed. Now when I try to get back in I can't connect to the servers at all.

I've been continouslly disconnected since the patch. It seems to happen mostly when I go idle for over 10 minutes with my shop up. I use Windows XP and that all I can say about the computer because I'm not very computer literate. Occasionally, since the patch, the client locks up for no apparent reason that I've found. I had very little problems before the patch, only 2 disconnects since the 25th.





These problems now occur reguarlly and it has forced me to cease playing until this can be fixed because it has caused me to loath the client. I will return upon your next CB2 patch.

When i try to login into the Launcher, I put the ID and password right yet, it says that i'm unauthorized to play.*

Just an interesting thing i noticed... In CB1 I had the display driver not working right problem that i mentioned in the crash thread, but then i didn't in the first part of CB2 til after the patch. i had no problems with d/c in CB2 until just today after I did the patch.

at middle eurpoean time (GMT+1) 02:54 AM I had a Disconnect message in Elderine, and after this when i tried to reconnect, i got a Server Down (Cannot connect to server) message...

I've gotten disconnected 3 times now within barely 5 minutes of play. What's happening? Is there going to be a patch for this?

My client doesn't crash while I play, but it disconnects within 5 minutes of playing. I don't know if this is because of the graphics card(if it's not powerful enough)but the system keeps closeinf on me often. I expirience the same thing with games like FlyFF too.

I am getting the same issue and i know its not my Graphics (Nvidia 7600GS 512ram Pci-e) i think its a connection problem between us and the servers, im betting there is a hub/router/connection we are going thru to reach the servers that is having problems. Could tracert it but dont know server ip address.

OH BOY. I actually got it to work. I now can log onto my character, but with a hitch. Whenever the little box says 'Connecting to server' the silly thing turns blue. You know, that blinding turquoise that comes with the screen right after you log in? That colour, except it was engulfing the screen. Again, literally. I couldn't get to the sidebar to get here (The cozy little technical help forum.) and report it, because it then decided to hindrance me further and shut down. Yes siree. And the mouse still works funny.

I get it now. I had accidentally downloaded the game onto our family's older computer, (With 8MB memory.) the my sisters use for low-res PC games. (I just had to switch to my graphics computer, which has an overall much higher memory and is beyond the requirements.)


I had everything needed, its just that I had to little total Memory to play the game. If you had an issue like mine, run a diagnostics test and check you overall total memory on the Display tag! Good luck.

Hmm...Even with that patch if I downloaded it with a recent install of the game...I am still being disconnected after every...random set interval of minutes when I connect.

I also get random disconnects, usually shortly after I log in..About half the time I cannot connect at all or its just partial, the character and a blank map comes up and then disconnects after a couple of minutes. I usually have to log in three or four times to get in..

well dam here i am it still says the same dam thing so *** is going on sorry for being blunt but dam i try to get on it say failure to connect try 3 times later still the same the downloads then start i say ok but dam it still says failure to connect in bolder type so *** really started to like game this is a big downer :)

I posted this in the bug reporting topic and am reposting it here. I still have the problem of dissconection - first occurance around 9:00 CET last 15min ago at 21:30 CET.


Bug Description: Today i'm having quite a lot of problems with
automatic disconection from server. It can't be my computer's fault
because until today it happened to me only two or three times and
always when I was in my shop really long. But today I keep getting
disconested. A couple of times I got disconected while in a shop (after
3-5min i think) (in Elderine and Roumen), once while doing alchemy
(potions) and while at the smith (both in Elderine). It happened with
both of my charecters. Not only that but also once on reloging i got
the message 'not possible to conect to server ' as I tried to relog and
once while trying to access a character in Roumen i got the message
'map is under maintenence, please try again'.

is to yesterday night that the game go really slow to me, later happens that to the sudden one the other whole players disappear and I remain the only one player in all the world and later appear server disconnected... this to yesterday night... before no one problem of disconnection server... sometime issue of crash of the game! what i have to do to resolve it?

I am currently trying to re-download the beta.* for some reason it refused to work again after the open beta went online.* I am only able to download for about fifteen minutes before I am unable/not allowed to download further.* the dialoge box comes up saying that I am dissconnected from the tracker and resume when resolved.* it never continues after that.* All drivers, hardware, software and stuff are working as they're supposed to on my end.* Any reccomendations?

Why is it always say "Checking Server"??? and when I click "Check", the application closes....and I will login again and again.... Why is that???

I sincerely apologize for your character being unable to connect to our servers. There was a quick maintenance that needed to be done and we had to shut down our three Fiesta servers until they were ready to come back online. All of the Fiesta servers should be active and allow you to connect today. There was a new minor patch applied last night. If you are having troubles receiving the patch via the Outspark Launcher, you can use the manual patch located here:

If you are continue to encounter login issues, please feel free to contact the support department by sending an email to support@outspark.com with the following.

1) Your complete computer specifications including your Operating System, Video Card, RAM, and CPU

4) Your Outspark.exe log file attached to the email

By default, this file is located at

C:\Program Files\Outspark\Launcher\outspark.exe

Nothing to do with Windows Vista, i use Windows Vista Home Basic edition, and Fiesta runs as sweet as a nut for me.

Maybe its your computer hardware?
