Tired of Guild Abuse

[rant] Im so tired of guild abuse going towards my guild. Im in OranizationXIII, and this is really a BIG problem. Just because im in XIII people seem to hate me for no reason. We just got in a guild war yeserday vs Insanity guild. We only had 3 members on Me, Storm99 and rasblackfire. We were in Cpeak trying to kill GGK when they warred us. We all discided not to go to town to war and just stay in Cpeak. We were killing some imps and gobins when 4 members of Insanity guild jumped us and killed us all... outside of a town. I lost exp.. There was another cleric in my party from another guild so she tryed to res us but they kept killing us. I told them they cant war outside of town. Cant got really angry. They acted like we deserved it and told us how we pick on low level guild. (We dont war anymore). -_-

So Rasblackfire left. Me and Storm just got out of there and went to Uruga to train and get away from them. We were outside of uruga resting on the edge of steps and they atked and killed me again. We told them we didnt want to war... Storm (my bf) tryed to protect me but they backed off. We then started to kill Orcs their mage went and starting to punch (without weapon >.<) to Storm, while another mage used Magic Blast on him. ***? We still didnt atk them. We were just training. Just yelled at them to stop, storm almost died again...

They started to follow us, 4 of them and tell us how we are such a bad guild, and how other higher lvl guilds are trying to beat us up.. They set up shrooms up near us and kept talking. I was trying to save my bf from 2 Orcs by using magic burst. There shrooms were close to me so i hit them too. I didnt even mean too.. Mage (50+) atked me with magic blash and we both died from Orcs...

(i have proof for everything)

Now i kindly ask, to leave me and my guild alone. Stop telling me how im a bad person for being in my guild and stop punishing me for it. I love my guild and even fell in love with one of their members. If it was such a horrible guild, why havnt i left yet? - - Stop being hipitcriticle, and say how we are newbs when you guys get lv50+ guilds to war us, and to talk trash. Stop abusing guild rules SET BY GMS by atking us outside of towns. [end rant]

Please dont fill this thread about how horrible my guild is, i hear enough abuse for one day....

we were just training and atking monsters. Why would they atk us then? we lost exp... One of the Gms guild rules stats "Please keep wars inside Towns".

i was just saying wars can and do happen outside of towns :) and is not against rules

We didnt even know they were there.. We chose to stay there because we had no numbers online. When i said "grinding" i meant when we were in uruga. When they jumped us we didnt expect it, it was all a suprise >.<

Third of all, as for your reputation, you reap what you soe. So maybe if you quit picking on guilds lower than you, others wont return the favor. Maybe now you will learn to respect other players and clean up your reputation.

ok yes u can war outside of town but they were doing it for harassment and revenge purposes which is against rules. THey chased them out of grinding spots which is also against the rules. so yea cutthroat your guild did harass them. And you just picked on a lower lvl guild so u aren't any better anymore. ALl i can say is use the guild list of leaders and admins on the forums. Talk to people before u war them and find out their average lvl.

I hear so much about them picking on others all the time. It had nothing to do with grinding spots and ggk. Helll I dont care about ggk (10s rings and stuff lol). It was more about the principle than anything.

Maybe now that they got a taste of their own actions, they we play the game with more respect and realize there is always someone stronger around the corner. No matter who you are. :)

I haven't heard good things about OrganizationXIII either but it seems that you had no personal problems with them, and yet still declared on them because other guilds thought it was ok to do so. True Org.XIII has a bad rep. but give them a chance to fix it. If they truly have stopped malicious Guild-warring, then just leave them alone.

First off, yup, as others mentioned, GW is allowed out of town. This has been a debate a long time, but GM make it clear now.

Who's right, who's wrong? Idk, but i think best would be to try by either letting it pass, or work it out together if still possible (thru discussion only :), but I know its not always easy... )

Now let me tell you, war in this game has only 1 intend: To have fun. It was not very clear before, but after all the rules made by GM, it's pretty obvious that all other means for war is not allowed. Hence, this kind of "revenge" or "helping" war should not be. If something like this happen, you only have the power to report.

Even tough with these rules, it did remove some of my powers and "fun", but I can understand why this is so. Think of it, when will the revenge ends? I kill u, u kill him, they killed us... Neverending. This kind of hathred is something that I think the game does not want to promote. Hence, the rules.

Real example that happened to our guild:
Revenge was going on... back and forth... (long story), then it came a time our whole guild decided to war for revenge! (remember, this was before we knew about the official rules). Guess what? we warred them, but only 1 member was in town (even though it was revenge, we did follow our own guidelines...). We could have gang up and spam kill and so on... But instead, being the better gamer, we started a discussion before fighting... and it ended up with them saying: "sorry for what happened, we did not know about it..." And we accepted the appologies.

From then, when our guild see's their's, we say "Hi", instead of possible KS or trains or flaming...

You have no idea. Have u ever seen my guild picking on low lvls? Mostly they war us, and if that isnt the case we pick randomly. I myself have never picked on low lvl guilds since i been in the guild (which has been a while). If the guild is not my level i really see no point in fighting and just leave. I dont even disrespect a guild lower then me. Second 3 or 4 doesnt matter you still out numbered us that was the point i was trying to point out. Thirdly my Storm99 had 2 Orcs on him, and a third respawn close to him. I didnt want to hit the 3rd so i backed up so it wouldnt atk me and used magic burst. Plus why were u even near us? ... Forth everyone thinks we pick on lower guild. Who are u to discide that you need revenge for them? We dont even know you -_-. Plus you are all higher lvls then us, and you harrassed us from grinding. Dont judge MY guild sir. Your doing the same thing you said we are doing... am i not correct?

I totally agree with you. The old XII was bad i think.. but since then we kicked all the members that were a problem. The guild is happy and friendly to new members. There are good ppl in this guild believe or not. I hate to be punished for the deeds for others constantly. All i really ask is that everyone just leave us alone. All we want to have fun.. but other guilds are stopping us with constant abuse T_T.

As far as Im concerned it is over. The war is over and will not be pursued any more. Who knows, maybe we can become friends at some point also. What is done is done, and what is in the past cannot be changed. Lets just move forward at this point. :)

Generally, hunting someone down would be against the rules. I know that SOME of the members of Org XIII have a loud mouth, but I've seen some very nice members in that guild as well, which means all that many people are seeing is the negative aspect of it.

KiSs, I'd take the matter up with Dakkon or SnakeEyes, and they should be able to make a judgement on whether or not it was abuse.

To all those people out there that said Org XIII had it coming, every guild has it's low and high points, and it's not nice to rub something into their faces after the event has happened. Maybe we could all be a little more supportive of each other, instead of constantly antagonizing others.

Also, Insanity [I think that's who warred Org XIII], you could have WHISPERED the member(s) instead of actually warring them. ^^ That's why we have a private messaging function ^^.

Hmmm...

Roght now, but are you sure that in future some guilds will not start war others over spots on high lvl areas because "STRONGER TAKES ALL" attitude?
I have serious concerns in this matter because i see what is happend durring GW(and especially what language is used) and maybe presure is too big word in this matter but growing disobeyence for any rules(who still egsist) in Fiesta.
Last good example is selling Premium items in vendors.

What i see is ANARCHY lurking from the shadow.

Oh god is this still being talked about!!! I thought we resolved this already. This was not as bad as your making it seem. I think we had a total of 4 or 5 kills and I called off my guild. I believe at this point, it sounds like milking the situation and begging for attention. (wose-me complex) This topic should have been dropped yesterday after we made amins, not a continuing whining.

Well, it's not now. =P Here I am, overseer of the Server Threads, to lockdown a thread that is somewhat spinning around. Let me remind you that we should all strive to keep the peace when posting, and not be put off.

I understand you may be upset when fighting something and a GW is brought to you. That's something you should consider reporting, but know that the GM will most likely investigate the entire situation before making a decision on fault, but for best results, having screenshots is best. Here's the thing though:

Most threads with this information posted in them create flames, because opinions are typically formed in a way that condescends the other party, which causes them to retaliate, then you or someone else go on the defensive, and thus the flaming begins ad infinitum.

So let's all work together and try to avoid this sticky situation and try to keep things as peaceful as you can muster.

Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.
