Problem With Spark Cash

Sooo I added some money into spark through pay pal
and the money was taken from my bank account according to my bank statement
and also i checked my pay pal and it says that the payment was completed

i check my spark cash transations and it says sstill pending....
and my payment was sent 3-4 days ago

so i dont know whats going on ?
can someone help me =D
