shield block skill went from 30mins to 8seconds. and the vit skill now last like 12 seconds and cooldown is 1 minute. both these skills were supposed to last 30 minutes before and are the backbone skills of a 1hand fighter. i hope if these nerfs stay then they let us use skill empower changers and stat changers to fix our now usless guys -_-
