Technical issues launching the game

I'm not a beta tester but I went ahead and downloaded the game for the heck of it. When I clicked on the game launcher a message popped up saying," The game security module update has failed [00030003:000000C1] "


I have no idea what this means and would appreciate a little info on the matter.
