Hey everyone i just started playing and when i become a Aco i dont know what to put my stats into.......... i read a few threads and they say put it into either INT, WIS, MEN, and POW (when needed). But can someone give me like a build to follow like....... for each lvl what do u put it into like...........at lvl 17 put into INT lvl 18 WIS......... Or is there a pattern you follow such as INT INT WIS POW etc........ If anyone can answer my question id really appreciate it

Well it really depends how you want to do it. I put INT on every lvl (except when I need a point in POW for a cane). I only put my extra points into other stats. You get extra points every 5 lvls. Like 30, 35, 40.... Although sometimes I will just put all my extra points into INT.
I suggest only putting INT until lvl 40 or so, then start putting some MEN or WIS.

The good Acolyte goes pure INT until level 45, no matter what, save for the POW-reqs. Any other stats before that for any class pretty much hinders them more or less.(My heals were about a level 35 Acos in CB with my WIS when I was around 40. >_>)
Only INT when you don't put in point for POW on staves until level 50 or something. You need the base power/heal before that, unless you like to crawl.

Not really, a full int aco till lvl 45 would just be a waste of points, by going full int at lvl 40 you will already be healing for way more HP than any of the mobs you would party against at that lvl (including those of scorging and similar maps) could damage, so those points would just be a waste. Of course, putting points on wis is also pretty much a waste as you will anyway be using mana pots once you start partying for real, and for more decent mana pool, a +1 stave and 3 aco brooches should suffice.
So what do you do with your build? As has already been said always, INT is THE main stat for an aco. It will increase the amount you heal (which is, like it or not, the main reason for an aco to exist), the amount of damage you do (you CAN help your party with some IQ if you want to, and it’s also quite possible to solo at least at lower lvls, so this is useful) and finally, while I can’t be completely sure, I’m quite positive that the chance of success of the special effects of your skills (like paralyzing with spirit or stunning with IQ) is also quite related to int. But even after all this, as I said before, you can’t just blindly go for a full absolute int. You could actually pump up some wis once you reach “around” lvl 40 (mark the around, you should yourself be checking as you level up how your build is coming and think if you feel you will need or not more of a certain stat… of course, asking around here first if you’re not sure can also help you a lot) or maybe better some men (this was the most suggested stat before, though now with the new patch and the uncertainty of it’s usefulness, it’s hard to say). Some sta can also help out for a better survivability, so in the end it all depends on your own choices and needs. Of course, if you aren’t very sure of what the stats do, you can always just test them and later reset if you feel you screwed up (although this costs real cash is not that cheap, sadly) or simply come to ask.
After all, a good point of this game is that it allows us to build our own characters the way we want to, without completely predefined paths for each class.

True you can tweak your stats, but if someone is new to the game it's not worth it experimenting too much. I have seen POW-Apps, INT-Discs, MEN-Neos and so on. ^_^'
Bottomline for our builds: The focus will be INT; there is where the points will go most of the time, no matter if you go Disciple or Cleric on the way. After that you may choose WIS if you want(Pots can still substitute, providing you can manage your economy), even after 3 Brooches and a 1+staff, or MEN(Hard to decide if you should use now with the nerf) or STA, which alo can be debated as the Acolyte won't be in the front.
The bad thing about the game is that stats won't work out for the Acolyte and Apprentic-trees too well unlike the others. ^_^'
