Sorry guys! I didn't really know where to put this so I figured I'd place it here for now.

Anyway,

I just recently purched 3,500 SparkCash at the feista store. I've only had one other purchase and when U dud, I immidiatly got the Cash but this time it says my order is still pending. We payed for it completly. How long does it usually take to conform an order? X_X

Try checking the FAQ to see if it may be in there.

I tried to contact customer support. All it said in the KnowledgeBase Directory was this,

"When you make a SparkCash purchase, it can take up to 24 hours before the SparkCash shows in your account. Please wait the timeframe it takes to receive your SparkCash. If you do not receive the SparkCash in 24 hours please contact us directly. "

Do you know who I exactly contact?

Its been almost trhee days and I havnt got it. T_T and I cant get a refund..I tired to contact a GM about it but they havnt responded yet. -Sigh-

Email Support@outspark.com tell them whats happening and they will reply and help get you along but if you used paypal for Credit Card prolly expired leaving only your bank account info only so you have to do an e-check which is 3 days to clear instead of an e credit card orde

Try messaging CSR_Cretz I believe he is your best bet.
