The way to unblock above can get you in trouble for modifying Fiesta files.
Usually Relogging or restarting the computer works.
If that doesn't work just wait until the next day. There have been people I've accidently blocked and then see them chatting away the next day.

Try to watch extremely close to which name you block. If you are blocking a gold spammer, they usually have stupid names like gfdgfdgfd, ehiondl, imfioen, or something crazy like that. If you accidentally right click names like SpArTANs, JimmyJoEy, or reasonable names, make sure you don't block 'em otherwise you'll go through step 1 again and no one likes step 1.

Daywen, the editing of any files in the Fiesta folder is a violation. Please do not instruct players to do so.

Sorry guys, as of yet the only way to unblock someone legally is to try restarting or uninstalling/reinstalling Fiesta. They are working on an in-game unblock feature but until then, these are your only options.

If you come across a post where someone is instructing players to edit their files for any reason, please PM that link to a CL or SKiNG, Murdock for appropriate action.

Relogging or rebooting your game doesn't always seem to work, but I found a method that works and is less annoying than re-installing your game client.

Step 1) Create a new Outspark account
Step 2) Login to that account and create a new character (and select the character, so you end up in Roumen)
Step 3) Now close your game (ALT+F4) and relog to your main account.

Everybody you blocked will now be unblocked, because the blocklist probably only works for 1 account, and logging in to an other account will reset the blocklist.

Note: I don't know if it's actually necessary to create/select a character on the alt-account. Maybe the method also works if you just login and close the game at server-selection screen. (haven't tested this out yet) So if you have any updates about this method, please PM me so I can make an official announcement about it.
