More About License Crit Bonus

Hi! I used search and read about crit bonus, I just wanted to know if I put example a Harkan+Goblin+King Coll license on my Wand/Staff that makes 5+4+5%=14% crit bonus? Or just 5%? Ty for answers.

only +5%, it doesnt add

An easy way to get critical added is killing goblins. They add 3% if you complete it. Unless you want the extra % then kill cp monsters.

those luics u said the harkan and KC only would give u 4%, uruga-fos give the 5% :)
