im a lvl 9 cleric and i bought a lvl 1 elrue stone recipe. It says it has no requirements but whenever i try to use it it says "you cannot learn that production scroll" someone please help

did u go to the store and buy the skill?

You need to set one of your production skill to stones making.
Hit "K", then the alchemy icon, then the production skill button, then drag and drop stone production into one of the top free slot.
