Please,
A) Give details, and not just a link - I can't see photobucket very well, so I have absolutly no clue what your problem is, and
B) Stop making multiple threads. You've made on thread, I will keep going back to it and replying. I haunt this place, I will see it.

If you looks more closely, you'll notice it says 'applying patch' in the lower left-hand corner of your launcher. You will not be able to log in until this patch is complete. Once it is, the launcher should refresh and the logon button should be clickable again.
If the launcher seems to hang up or freeze when applying the patch, try using the Manual Patch (http://www.outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=42136).
Try that and let us know if it is still giving you a hard time. :D

the launcher comes up I input my email and my password but when i go to klik login its not clikable
I got one patch frome th link you gave me, but stll no good

It should be fairly brief.
Have you applied the manual patch once you downloaded it?

Magister, if you want to post a new comment, please edit your exisitg one instead of making a new one, k? :D
Try the manual patch. If the auto patch isn't working, the manual usually does. Depending on your internet speed it can take a while but is usually pretty quick.

Magister! We're all trying to help you, but it seems like your not even listening!
Since it seems that the automatic update is not working, you need to manually download and apply a patch.
It sounds like you downloaded it, but did you get a message saying "Patch sucessful!"?

Hmmmm.
Okay, if you tried to just open the launcher and it gets hung up on "applying patch" there may be an error. The best way around this is to apply the manual patch as noted above. If that does not work then the final recourse is to send an email to support@outspark.com and leave a specific detailed message so they can assist you further.
Other than the manual patch (which should fix this, btw) I have no idea how to help you.
EDIT: The_Sakura is absoltely correct and seeing as she is assisting you with this matter and I seem to be merely aping her at this point I am going to back out. If you, either of you, need further assistance please feel free to PM me.

6. Click “Change/Remove”
Once you have finished uninstalling the game client, you will need to re-download it.
I've often found when all else fails, this works fairly well.

If you look above this thread you will see two stickies thread by CSR_Cretz. Please notice that in the title of one of these threads is the error of which you speak. If you open that thread and read it you should find the answer.
