chat box scroll problem

When scrolling back through chat history and someone talks, it forces the chat box back to the bottom. When folks are speaking around you it is impossible to read the chat history. Chat box should only auto scroll when it is at the very bottom

That's no bug =] just use the lock function?

I'll try it, but the lock function locks the chat window from moving around in the UI as far as I can tell.
