how many MEN do u put in ur archer

Well well well

when I became an archer I've put 40 POW & 10 MEN
now I will be lv50 so I added 5points to POW makes me
45 POW+10 MEN

what I wanna know is
since u got extra points when u lvl up to lv50 (3 or 5?)
which stat should I put them in
does MEN really need & how many points should we put

I have 36+44 for attack and yesterday an another archer lv45 pure POW does the same damage as me....

On the other hand, I have 88 hit rate & 8 skill criticals
with falcon eye (+5) and accurency by neo if I party
20 skill critical points can be guaranteed
which makes +60 damage when I get "lucky"

so what do u guys think
what is the best proportion of POW:MEN?

Well, at first I thought the 10 men then full pow was the best. I wanted a stat reset so badly (before stat reset cards were out) that I was cringing in agony and tears. >.>;

But anyway, I've got 16 agi, 10 men, and the rest pow. The 16 agi wasn't really worth it at first, but I've got so many +#AP6 items on that the dodge and defense really helped out.

Ever since I first found and disliked my mistake of putting agi, I just put full pow, and every 5 lvls put the extra point in men. It seems like a good plan, and seems to be a common plan.

also is ur attack speed still 1.2 per sec

for neo it's 15 AGI for -0.1 attack rate. then attack rate is rounded up.
I doubt they've changed it for scout. and if they do then it'll be a divisor of 15 or 30 is what they commonly use, so i doubt it'd be 17.

I recommend just 5-10 men until you become archer. You can just do what some agi scout do..exp: Skill attack > Regular attack > Skill attack > Regular attack...etc, but requires a whole lot of ankling. :x Until you get to archer, add on full power.

I just have 8 Men (And 1 point in Agi to make it 10 from base 9) and i shoot a fair bit quicker then a Full Int Mage, or a Full Pow Scout.

So yes Men does increase skill attack speed.

I always just assumed skill speed is a figment of peoples imagination. Since it's not listed on my list of stats I refuse to believe in it. So in my book, Men doesn't increase anything except Dodge slightly, the two Criticals and Hit Rate.

I haven't seen any proof to the contrary other than people saying yeah I notice it's faster, but noone has any way of actually measuring it, so until someone figures out how many Men it takes to increase Skill Speed a certain amount I refuse to believe it exists.

For all I know you may notice you use skills faster than someone else because they're computer is more laggy or if they're a different class that classes skills in general are slower than your classes skills.

I can't see a difference between normal attack rate at all.

Well, I guess I am the only one crazy about MEN here. I used a stat reset and changed from and all pow build to a 20 men/rest power build. I may make plans to further increase my men from 20-25 or 30. Insane, I know, but I love the increased spamming speed.
